How do I place an order?

Feel free to contact our sales department directly at 866-423-4693 if you have questions you need answers to prior to ordering. Our sales and service staff are all educated in the products we offer and can answer any questions you have or address any issues you need resolved. You can place an order directly from our site or by contacting us and placing an order over the phone. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Santa Barbara Ca.

Payment and Shipping

Our typical handling time is 3-5 days. We ship via UPS Ground. Depending on your location, you should receive your Roaster in 7-10 business days from time of order. If for any reason we cannot meet this timeframe, we will contact you.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, Paypal or Amazon passwords etc.) will not be stored on our servers

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is always our top priority. We work hard to guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange or refund to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which can be easily obtained by contacting our customer service department. We always strive to make the Return and Exchange process as easy and hassle-free for you as possible. Shipping charges on returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer. Unless we made a mistake and shipped you the wrong item or the item arrives in a defective state.
